Lost transactions, what about customer info?

I may have lost a few offline mode transactions due to logging out and tablet issues but I always enter customer information. Is the customer information associated with that transaction also lost?

Ohh this is a good question. I want to say it's not but I'm not 100% sure. I believe the customer info would have stored when you entered it, vs the credit card info that was waiting to be processed. 

You can test this by trying to find one of those customers in your directory if you remember any of the names or info you entered.
