Sorry for the long delay in replying. Unfortunately, I’ve only done a free trial of that app so haven’t had any actual interaction with them. But, I’m wondering if you tried their online chat from their webpage here? I will admit, though, that even their website is pretty sparse. I’d recommend trying the chat feature and if you can’t get anywhere it might be time to search the App Marketplace again for other options. Sorry I can’t be of any more help than that.
