Looking for loyalty program participation rates/averages with which to benchmark our restaurant against. Has anyone seen such that they could share?
If the loyalty program participants are a subset of customers that we have contact data on... what is the participation rate from that subset?

So I don't have any specific numbers based on restaurants, but on squares Loyalty page, they do have 2022 global data with loyalty stating that customers spend 53% more, and visit 40% more often. Again, I'm not sure how much of that would pertain to restaurant business
