I would like to trigger an email to a customer that has not made a purchase in the last 6 months, not just those customers that have 3 previous visits. How would this best be achieved? Thank you.

Looking through our current Campaign options for Square Marketing, I believe that a reminder email for inactive customers would be a feature request at the moment, but we've reached out to our Marketing team on the off chance that there may be something available or in the works here.

It looks like you may be able to tweak a couple of settings in order to achieve what you are looking for @pchiariello.
From your Customer Directory, navigate to customers and select the drop-down menu next to "all customers" to reveal the other groups. Select lapsed customers and choose edit group.
You can also update the "regular customers" group as well since those have a similar function.
