Hi there. I’m new to square and wasn’t aware there was a fee for typing in someone’s card. My card reader wasn’t working so I had no choice but to type in the information. Is there a way to get this fee removed?
HI, all transactions through Square, regardless of how they are processed, come along with a fee. Square provided the service for the transaction. There would be no reason for a refund.
