Is there a way to make sure clients can only redeem a reward on the loyalty program once?

For example, if clients get 5 points and redeem 20% off then if they get 20 points they can redeem a free brow wax, so on so forth. Do the points accumulate?

@moodskinandbody Once something is redeemed through loyalty those points go away. So like if someone wanted to redeem 5 points and maybe they had 10 they would now only have 5 left. But if someone wanted to save their points up to redeem the 20 points for free brow wax they could also do that.
