Hi everyone, I run a club business in Virginia and have been exploring ways to improve customer engagement using Square, especially for a membership-based setup. I’m currently using Square for payments and customer management, and I’m curious if anyone here has tried extending it with digital membership cards something customers could store in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access and identification. The goal is to create a more seamless experience where members can quickly access their benefits, while also encouraging repeat visits and stronger long-term engagement. I’m particularly interested in:

 

  1. Whether anyone has connected digital membership cards with Square’s customer profiles or loyalty features
  2. What tools or integrations work best alongside Square for this kind of setup
  3. How effective this approach is for improving customer retention
