I just had a customer cancel their order. How do I cancel their contract?

One of my customers just canceled their order. I refunded their deposit, and now I would like to cancel their contract. I don't see this option anywhere. I only see the archive option.

it looks like by this thread it was a requested feature some 4-5 years ago, and the option to cancel it doesn't look to be implemented just yet.
