Hybrid model for earning points

I'd like to create a hybrid model for earning points (1 star per visit + bonus stars for $10+ spend) but can't find any info about how to do that. As far as I can tell, you have to choose just one way to earn points. Does anyone have any input?

I would love that option too!! I have not found a way to do it, but we have our set up to just earn double points for higher priced items, like our merch. I don't think that fully solves your problem but maybe is just another way to look at points?

You are correct @JoyhouseCoffee .   You can only earn points "one way at a time"....but as @MayaP has indicated, you can get a bit creative for promotional opportunities, such as double points days/times or multiplier points on certain items.  

I do agree though, it would be nice to be able to do what you are asking...hint hint Square!
