Hello. What field are you in? So for me I’m a hairstylist/barber and word of mouth is my #1 I make my own referral cards, loyalty thru square and more. I ALWAYS add some sort of an incentive that way it makes people wanna do it.
Next don’t be scared of bad reviews because often they are considered better than a positive review. Because it builds credibility, improves engagement, and provides valueable feedback for improvement. The presence of negative reviews can make a brand seem more authentic and trustworthy, as a perfect 5-star rating can appear suspicious to consumers. Additionally, bad reviews offer a chance to showcase excellent customer service and address pain points, ultimately building stronger relationships with customers.
Lastly..Show your face walk around to other small businesses and put a name with your face etc. take coupons, or first timer deal?!
