How to get collected email addresses exported into customer directory to send emails?

Hello, 

I had a pop up on my site to collect customers' e-mail address in exchange for a coupon. When I went to look up what was collected, I can see the e-mails, but there's no longer any option to export them. And when I click on the button that says "manage e-mails" it just takes me to a 404 error page. How do I get these e-mail addresses into my customer directory so that I can actually send them e-mails? Thanks.

  so in the first screenshot you can see the list of e-mails that the pop-up collected. and then if I click that button that says "manage e-mails" it brings me to that second screenshot of the 404 page. I basically just need a way to get the e-mails out of that list and into my Square customer directory so that I can actually include them when I send out promotional e-mails. Thanks!
