When my customer swipe there card when will I receive the money
Hey there @Florida. This is a two-part answer. Most of the time (and I mean MOST, like 95%+), your money will show up pretty much immediately in your Square balance and can be viewed there. Then…
If you DO NOT use Square Checking
Then, every night after close of business, Square automatically transfers any available funds to your bank. It usually takes 1-2 business days for your bank to receive it and post it to your checking account. The actual timing depends entirely on your bank.
If you DO HAVE a Square Checking Account
Then, the money is available immediately for you to access via your Square Debit card OR for you to transfer to your local bank account. Again, once you initiate a transfer, it takes 1-2 business for your back to receive and post it. However, if you do an immediate transfer it should be there in a matter of minutes, but remember that immediate transfers come with an additional fee.
