We have the "Square Register" and a loyalty program for our customers, during the sale, when the customer goes to pay, available loyalty credits are listed as a payment option, is there a way of stopping that from showing up?

I wasn't able to find any settings related to this in the Loyalty section of the Square Dashboard. I'm going to consult with the Square Loyalty Support Team on this one to get the best answer for you. I'll reach back out to you here once I gather more info! Hi there again @EndoBrands 👋 Thanks for your patience while I worked with the Loyalty Support Team to gather more info to help answer your question.
They've let me know that this setting is controlled by the Customer Display on your Square Register. This can be found under Settings > Loyalty > "Toggle Off" Customer check-in on customer display.
Please be advised: Disabling this setting will also prevent customers from "checking in" before a transaction as well.
