When people fill out the contact forms on my website, the time they enter comes through as an hour later on my Square messages. The website settings are correct because when you go from the Dashboard to Online>Websites>under Website:Form Submissons>Open a form that was submitted, the information there shows what was entered correctly. It is just what Shows in the Messages that is wrong.This is what they submitted on the website.

The wrong times were coming in as +1 hour difference from what was entered and what was showing. A chat rep had me change the timezone on my computer from Eastern to Pacific and submit a new form and then the time I entered in the form came in as the same time in messaging. Then I changed my computer back to Eastern Time and submitted a new form and now the time is coming in as -3 hours difference.
I am also having this issue, did you get it resolved?
Nope! I just ended up changing the form itself so instead of using the form option for time, I changed it to a drop down option, labeled it "start time" and listed every hour and then another drop down option for am or pm. (And did the same for "end time". So the system doesn't recognize it as a time at all and it just comes through as exactly what was selected.
This is what it looks like on the form for the customers
Add another Dropdown box and make an am/pm selection
Add the hours you want customers to be able to select from
Instead of selecting Time, select Dropdown and label it Time or whatever fits your business' need
