I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with the email service for my domain.
I have two concerns:
1. Unreliable email delivery: I use the addresses [email protected] and [email protected] for business correspondence related to my website. I have noticed that some incoming emails are not being delivered to these addresses at all. This is causing me to miss important communications from clients and partners.
2. Unable to create new mailboxes: I am also unable to find where in my Weebly account I can create additional email addresses ending in @mywebsitename.com . Could you please point me to the correct location in the dashboard, or let me know if this requires a specific plan or add-on?
Could you please write how toinvestigate why emails are not arriving reliably at the existing addresses, and advise on how to set up additional mailboxes for this domain?
