Is it true that Square Loyalty in Australia does not have access to digital passes at all? I'm surprised to learn this as it does not specify limits on countries anywhere I have read on the website or help pages.
Feel that this should be communicated more clearly as we have already signed up to the Loyalty program, but don't have time for every customer to enter their mobile number at every transaction.

When buyers sign up or check in to your Square Loyalty program on Square Register or using Apple Pay, they’ll get a notification to add a digital pass to their iPhone.
The digital pass will show your business name and logo, along with the buyer’s name, phone number, point balance, reward status, and start date. You can customise the pass design in the Locations section of your Square Dashboard.
To enable the digital loyalty pass feature:
1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Marketing & loyalty > Loyalty > Settings.
2. Under Apple Wallet, toggle on Allow customers to enrol and check in with loyalty passes via Apple Wallet.
3. Click Save.
Note: This feature is only available for Apple Pay transactions on iOS devices.

We do offer customers the option to add their loyalty pass to their digital wallet but this is currently only available to customers using iOS devices with Apple Pay.
We're hoping to bring this feature to a wider range of devices in the future but don't have any further news to share on this front just yet.
So it is available in Australia?

Can a customer tap their loyalty card in their iOS wallet to be added to the sale and earn points? I have tried it a couple times and it doesn't work. Thanks.
Hi @MegLittleCoffee, yes, so long as your customer has followed the steps we've shared in this thread, and you've enabled this feature in your online Square Dashboard, they should have no problem tapping their digital loyalty pass.
Have you experienced this issue with just one customer, or with multiple? Could you walk me through the sequence of events, for example, at what point in the checkout process does the customer tap their wallet? Do they see an error message, hear a beep, or notice anything else unusual?
