If you go to your Customer Directory in your Square Account Dashboard, then click on CREATE - in the pop-up for adding your Customer's Birthday, at the bottom there is Birthday Field - so yes, you can collect that info. You can also select any current Customer and Edit their profile to add their Birthday. I'm not sure if there's a specific Report or Filter to run to get the Birthday info however, if you EXPORT the data to CSV format you will see the Birthday Field - from there using Excel, you can create any type of Report you need. Perhaps another volunteer Community Member knows of a canned report that will give you the Birthday, if not, then exporting the Customer Directory is your best option.
