we recently canceled our loyalty program. We are no longer being charged for it, and the customer no longer sees the screen when they order in store.
However, I was just notified by a customer that when they order online, they receive a text saying they have so many points. Seems like an error, but has anyone had experience with this?

The timing of when you canceled your Square Loyalty subscription may affect this. If the system still recognizes the customer's previous enrollment, they might still receive points for their purchases. You can check when the service ends on Dashboard > Account & Settings > Pricing & Subscriptions.
