Customers using payment links can not select a loyalty reward to redeem. It shows but the bottons are not clickable. I am aware of the category issue, but customers earn points based on amount spent (total) and redemption is based on the entire sale so I don't think that is the issue here.
Hello @dealsandsteals have you checked your redemption settings?
If everything looks fine there, the only other thing I can think of is a browser or script issue. Sometimes JavaScript or CSS can get blocked, for example, pop-ups or overlays might interfere with the button, or there could be differences between mobile and desktop.
Maybe try a different browser or computer to see if it makes a difference.
no difference and my settings are correct.
