Can’t Reply to Campaigns

Why would y’all make it so the campaigns don’t come from the email for your business? It’s worthless sending campaigns and my customers can’t respond to us directly from it.

I could have sworn there was a setting prior to sending the campaign where you could confirm email replies would go to you, but it's ben awhile and I can't see that on any of my previously sent campaigns

Hey there again, @FFH251 and @alexandriak! The Square Marketing Team got back to me and here's what they said:

"At this time, there is no way to change that email. However, if the Seller is worried about the responses, any replies to email will go to their Square Messages."
