Can I create a marketing campaign to trigger 1 year after last purchase?

I would like to set up a Marketing TEXT Campaign to generate repeat business. However, our service is conducted yearly and biyearly (such as changing water filters and conducting Vent Cleaning). Is there a way to modify the "Wait time" between triggering a campaign? It only wants to default to "after 14 days".

I don't think this automation template exists currently, you can try editing the lapse customer rules perhaps?
