I print out the barcode and matches barcode in the computer but when I scan it's asking me to add letters to it so it is not working and it's making it hard for my online store. Please help

Hi Donnita,

There are some troubleshooting tips here.  You may want to try resetting your reader.  As the Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support, all we can do is a little generic searching.

Thank you. I've been working on this barcode situation for the last 3 months and nothing is working. I don't understand how I can put a barcode in like they want us to and all of a sudden you scan it. They want you to add numbers behind it that don't make sense. It's y'all match up
