I need to delete a tier in my rewards program that was a mistake but do not want to spam my customers. Will they get a notification when I make an edits to the rewards program?

Anytime you make changes to your Loyalty Program, Square will give you a notification. It will not notify your customers.
We do suggest warning your customers 30 days before you make any changes to your program.
