A Signature in messages / ticket style "message assignment"

Square messages is soo close.  But it makes me crazy that the customer doesnt know who they are talking to and there should be a way to alert another employee or assign a conversation to someone else.  Oh and creating a task or reminder out of the messages.  Its darn near a CRM.  Might as well make it one.  Otherwise it gets sent out to a third party and the messages part will die because no one will use it.  Just my thought.
