1-Star review left in error by customer

We had a customer who misplaced her purchase after leaving the store. She left us a 1-star review mentioning the lost purchase (not realizing the review was reflective on us). She left the bag from our store at a neighboring retailer who returned it to us and we sent her the items the next day. She explained that she was unaware that she placed a negative review and would like to withdraw it (she is quite upset as she did not mean to give us a terrible review). How can she undo this? Can she edit her own review after the fact?

Did she leave it on google?  I think you she can edit any of her reviews on there.
