When Verifying your identity my postcode is not accepted. What do I do? I'm in Queensland

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue in trying to sign up for Square!
When you say your postcode isn't accepted, what happens on your end? Is there an error message that appears on the signup page?
The only thing that comes to mind here is that sometimes verification can fail if you have had an address change within the last 6 months. If this is the case, we recommend using your previous address in the event your information is yet to be updated via government databases.

I have the same problem and I am in NSW. It is the same postcode I used for Square to post the hardware.
I have read the trouble shooting and nothing regarding this.
