pin log in

Hi 

im in the process of setting square appointments up for my hair salon, I noticed it said individual employee pin log in, does this mean we could use one mac in the salon and quick log out and in using a pin each so we can track what employees are booking etc?

The four-digit pin login is actually for when employee needs to login to the apps on a mobile device. If they need to login on a computer, they would actually need to login and out using their email address and password. 

One thing to note when setting up employees with Square Appointments, you'll need to setup both Staff Profiles and Team Permission Groups to ensure they have the proper permission to take payments, schedule appointments and more. There's a really handy article from our Support Centre that go through all the different settings.
