my website says were not taking orders yet

hi everyone ! I'm trying to launch my website today , everything seems good but, it says " were not taking orders just yet . check back later "  ... how do I fix this so I can start taking online orders ... thanks

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your online store!

 

If you go to your Square Online dashboard and look under "Checkout" in "Settings" have you toggled on "Accept Online Orders"?

 

 

Please let me know if this helps or if you're still seeing issues and this option is turned on!

Hi Seamus,

 

Our store has turned on the 'accepting orders' option but it's still showing that our store is not accepting orders. Is there any way for us to fix this?

It's worth checking that your account is activated for payment processing via your Dashboard - check for any outstanding notifications in the top right hand corner. Reach out to our support team if you're still not able to take payments on your account after, so we can take a closer look at your settings and what might be at cause.
