change input font placeholder color

Hi folks.  

Just wondering how to change the placeholder font colour as it's illegible.  The form field has a style property, but there's the same reference in the sqpaymentofrm-basic.css file.  I'm not sure where the form is getting the style from, maybe that file.  

Any ideas how I can change this?  I'm not seeing anything in the css file that changes the placeholder text colour.  I'm trying things in Chrome as I can change session css on the fly.  

Any insight appreciated.  Cheers

Found it.  It was in the js file.  But changing that file in Dev Tools doesn't reload the styles.
