Won't let me access the store from dashboard

Hello! I've received full team member permissions from my client but am still unable to access their dashboard's online store section.

 

When I click online store and attempt to set it up, after filling out the options it redirects me to a Weebly log-in link where my client's e-mail is auto-populated in the username. 

 

It won't allow me to add my e-mail as the log-in e-mail and the number code given to me by my client won't work as the password.

 

I've attempted to clear my cache and cookies as suggested by Square's support team on the phone but still have the same issue.

 

Is there a step I am missing?

Right now, this would be a Feature Request for the Online Store. Only the owners account is able to access that particular Dashboard.
