Window cleaner

Hi , I'm a window cleaner and was wondering if there is a way of searching for customers through the notes, I ask this because each time I take a payment I put the customer address in the notes but I can't search for that customer unless I go and put all there details in,in another part of the app.

Hi @DDL welcome to Sqaure.

The Square software has this covered. I would suggest taking a look at instant profiles and enable this. Then every transaction will create a profile for each new customer which you can the add further details to, email, mobile, address and custom fields if you want, all searchable.
