Why took so long periodically review accounts to ensure customer security

I can't transfer square money to my bank for over a week now 

as they are reviewing my accounts ffs

I'm sorry to hear that your Square account review is taking longer than expected. I know it can be frustrating to wait, but don't worry - I'm here to help.
 

It looks like there were a couple of questions left blank on your online form, which might be causing the delay. So, in the future, try to answer every question on the form, even if it doesn't apply to you (for example, you can write 'N/A'). That way, your form won't get held up in the queue.

 

But don't worry, I've taken a look at your case and manually escalated it to our Account Services team for review when they're back in the office on Monday. Once the review is complete, we'll send you an email with the outcome.
