Why do my receipts look like invoices?

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the receipts I send to my clients not showing that a payment was made. It looks just like an invoice. How can I fix this?

Are you referring to the receipts they receive after a transaction? Those looks like invoices? 

Would you mind providing a bit more detail or a screenshot?
