Great question @isabelle . My first reaction was the answer "I'm just happy to make it through this past year!" LOL. But in looking back, I think the most pivotal accomplishment was starting a wholesale side to my business. Having to regroup and survive the pandemic shutdown, expanding my revenue streams from just a brick & mortar storefront was essential for long-term success. While I didn't get a lot of wholesale orders this past Holiday season and this year, it's enough to prove to me that this is an area I can successfully expand into next year and beyond.

I’d have to say “Online Ordering” and customers adoption of tech to order ahead was the biggest boost to keeping us surviving & thriving the past 14-18 months. 

I’d love the opportunity to work with a Weebly team member to expand our site and upgrade our plan. I’ve hinted at this in previous posts but no one has reached out to me…

I think my customers are the best thing I’ve had through 2021, my biggest achievement is having all the incredible people who have ordered from mjdonlineuk.com. I hope that next year I’ll be able to take MJD Online a step further and really meet my success, it’s going to take a lot of work but I truly believe it will be possible! I am thankful for every opportunity I have had this year, to build up my business and grow as a business owner too.

I can’t wait to see what everyone else has to say!

I would say that it’s the fact that I managed to post a 8.6% net gain over the prior year even though the pandemic was really messing with business. Normally I show a 21.7% gain average ytd so even though that number dropped it’s still a gain and I am happy

Hiring on managers to take things off my plate! It has enabled us to have the best year ever by getting our Fashion truck out almost every weekend and in store I have been able to focus more on growing the business… we just signed the lease to expand to a 2nd location for the new year.
