What do you track weekly that isn’t revenue?

Interested to hear what you all use Square (or other platforms) to track weekly! 

Personally, I track and compare online vs. in store sales weekly.

We host a lot of events and we track attendees. As we're mostly a retail shop- we don't use square events because it doesn't integrate very well with point of sale- so we wind up using a spreadsheet with many tabs for all of our events.
