im new here, but not new to platforms. gonna give square a go at it. i cant live without content planning. I've already reached my memory limit on GPT so im using deepseek. If square had a content planner option, i'd much appreciate that. right now I use Canva and OpusClip. Opus is the best cause it knows the content character limits for each platform. Canva doesnt know the character count, it loads really slowand you cant use one post repeated across al platforms, you have to constantly copy them and it takes up so much storage on canva with hundres of copies of one post. if the post is rejected,  or if its posted, canva doesnt allow you to reuse it for future post. Opus will let you go into old post and reschedule the post. I cancelled my Canva today after 8 years. I've been with opus for 2, just renewed my subscription and started content planning last night. sorry for the typos, enjoy.

I have been using Square since the beginning, and when they started appointments I signed right up. And it sure has changed over the years, but has made my life easier.

Hi @SimplyRadiant24 ! Welcome to the Community. Apologies no one jumped into answer your question. Its likely due to it being posted in the wrong place. This is a welcome board and usually not where other sellers come to help answer other questions or troubleshoot. The best place for product questions is the help boards. 

For your question in particular, the Square Online help board would be the best place to ask. I hope you were able to locate your online store ok by now. Please let the Community know if you are having further issues.
