You can also join groups or share a post looking for other florists.  I would also check other florists in your area, see if they happen to use Square and then find them in the Community so that you can connect with them.

Yes - keep your system as simple as possible otherwise you will be doing inventory all the time

Set up an item with price points - cut flower then price

use retail!!!!!!!!!!!

WHEN USING ONLINE

ORDERING - THE RECIPIENT WILL SHOW UP AS THE CARD HOLDER.

Create a modifier that states card message and recipients name

CHECK AND CHECK AGAIN YOUR OPENING TIMES PREP AND DELIVERY TIMES as this can go a little messy.

if just POS 

the message note will not be be visible to customer

TBH we have closed the online area as sits just too complicated for our business model. 

If you have 5 ready mades - you ship - then its OK but if everything is bespoke especially with all these new ridiculous tariffs then as I said keep it simple.
