I made one to one of my clients on June 21st and he has not received yet. What do I need to do to make sure my refund went through the system I use to run my operation and my client's bank got it. Has your client received the refund yet?  You can try to post this in the POS section (not sure what you use to operate) or you can also call into Square support to see if they can help you figure it out!
