We're not able to confirm your store address. Please enter a valid address below.

I really have tried looking, but getting nothing, my address is valid.  It is a UK address but that was a problem back in 2020 for Square, has it been resolved yet?

The instructions they give for un-publishing and re-publishing don't seem to be there?

Hey @cascatz, I just want to jump in and confirm the issue has been resolved. It's definitely worth trying @Sam_400º suggestion and see if that help. There are also a couple of steps that may help:

  • When entering your address, drag the map and makes sure the pin is pointed exactly or near your exact location.
  • Do you see a pop-up saying Use this location anyway when the error message appeared? If you select this option, it should let you save the address as well.

You can find the unpublishing button under Website > Site Preferance > Unpublish. Once you've unpublished, just go back into Website > Edit Site to republish your site.

I hope this will help.

I thought that this had all been sorted out - I’ve been able to change mine to the below!

If your address is public (ie not your home address) can you post a screen shot of where your entering it & the error message just to make sure We’re both thinking of the same place.

It might be a case of entering a nearby address it ‘likes’ then changing it, as I did have the closest address to the carpark I’m normally in put in there before.

Thanks everyone, I think it's sorted now, I changed the address slightly (not using the house number) and it seems to work.  I also found how to unpublish so thanks for that.
