With our online store, the customer can either have it delivered or pick it up.
If they opt for delivery - no issue, the full name and address are on the email we get.
If they opt for delivery, the email has the order number, the email address and a postcode. But not the customer's name.
How can I get that added to the email? At the moment, I have to log onto the system as admin, find the transaction and only there do I see who actually ordered it. So, the information IS there - it's just not getting on to the email. And it needs to, as we pre-prepare the order ready for pickup.
Any hints or ideas would be welcomed.

Hi @alansh, thank you for sharing this.
When a customer placed a pick-up order, you'll get a copy of the confirmation email that they receive. This does not include their name but just the pickup slow and the item they purchased. There isn't a way to add their names to the email right now but it's something I'll share with our Product team.
However, you'll also get a notification on the Square Point of Sale app for new orders. If you open up the order in the app, you'll see the customer's details including their name and contact information. This information is also accessible within the Orders tab on your Square Dashboard.

Thank you. The app doesn't really help me. I need it on the email as that is what we use to fulfill the order. Please can you pass this on to your development/support team as an idea to be implemented?
