Hi, we're having trouble with the first step in Activating Your Account to Take Payments and can't get passed the Verify Your Account.
Our company is set up as a Community Interest company (CIC) and as such our Company No. is registered on a subset of Companies House, hence when we put in our Company Registration No. it brings up a different company.
How do we get around this on the online form or do we need to set up over the phone?

Hi @VillageGreens, I'm sorry you are running into this. If your organisation is a non-profit, you can choose General Partnership. If it doesn't work, please contact our Support team with your Company Registration Number and our team can help you with the registration.
