Terminal Pin Number Protect

Hi, 

So we're using the Square Terminal along with Zero, where we raise our invoices.  Invoices are paid only on occasion at the terminal. 

1. How do we lock the terminal while it's not getting used and set a pin number to access it again. 

2. As the business owner, I don't use Square for my staff members, so do I need to set them up as users to limit their access first?

Before we go into this in details, can you let me know just a bit more about the current setup?

• Would you want your employees to have the pin number to access the Square Terminal, or would this be a pin number that only you would have?
• Are you the only person who will be using the Terminal to take payments, or will there be situation where staff members will take payments on your behalf?

I just want to understand your setup better to make sure I can make the right recommendation!
