We are @Bronze_Palms . We are now allowing our customers to join a "membership" which allows them to open bowl when lanes are available.
We created an app using the Square APIs to allow the customer to register on their phone and take their photo. They show up at the lanes and open the app, which provides a unique code. We then enter the code into the business side of the app, which verifies if it's been used for the day or not. It also tracks all sorts of stats/information about usage accordingly.
The subscription is billed monthly automatically in Square.
