Hi - I have set up shipping rates for the UK @ £3.95 flat cost . When I put in a UK postcode to get the address in the checkout box - it is telling me that the address is not supported - I have tried with my own postcode to verify and it doesn't work - any suggestions?

Can you let me know how you set up your shipping profile? All the information you need to correctly set up a shipping rate is in our Support Centre here. I'll have a further look into it if you send me the link to your Square Online store and your shipping profile setting details.
Hi Emma - i have set up a shipping profile for 4 items only - flat rate @£3.95 across the world. The issue here is that when i try to test buy the address comes up as invalid - even when i i add my home address and therefore I cannot get shipping rates added.

I did a quick test and I was able to add an item to the basket successfully with the address you provided.
I did notice that the flat rate that applied was £2.99 rather than £3.95 - did you make some edits here?
Would it be possible for you to try and check out again from a different browser or device and let me know if it works?
If not, a screenshot of the error would be great!
Hi Alegra thanks very much for checking we have check here on another device and it works. The shipping price of £2.99 we changed yesterday from £3.95. Thank you very much for all your help.
