Set up of own account

My sporting club has been using square for some time for sales of merchandise, there are currently items, with photos and price in the POS terminal at the club. 

I have been set up with my own log in to enter inventory levels to allow better stock management. 

I've logged in ok but cannot see the current stock items and photos. how do I check if I have been linked to the main account properly?

That's great to hear the Account Owner has created a personal passcode to allow you to log in to the point of sale device. What may be impacting your ability to edit items is your current permission set.

Permissions need to be assigned when a Team Member profile is created on the account. These permissions dictate what areas of the Square Account you have access to, as well as what actions you are allowed to perform. 

I suggest reaching out to the Account Owner to check the correct permissions have been assigned to your profile to allow you to edit items.
