Our cafe is set up exactly as yours is and we're currently using Square Point of Sale with different 'pages' for our retail and food & beverage offerings, in addition to the 'Orders' function to keep track of online pickups and third-party delivery services.
Having said that, we are in the process of transitioning to Square for Restaurants which offers much of the same tools but uses a different interface.
Do you have a docket system set up or will you be using Square KDS?
