You can hide reports from staff on a shared POS via Team Management - you'd need to set up a team permission set that didn't allow for viewing reports on POS then assign your team members this permission set.
You'd then need to enter a personal passcode to view these reports as the owner of the business. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions 🙂
