Refund hasn’t hit customers account 7 days later

I did a refund 7 days ago and my customer hasn’t received it yet, what could be happening?

Keep in mind that the usual refund processing time is 3-7 business days, so the refund is still likely on the way! Do you know if we had to withdraw any funds from your bank account to cover the refund? This can result in a bit of a longer than normal time frame as well.
