POS/Terminal Onboarding Questions

Looking into updating POS systems for our business. We are currently running an old system running Windows XP so it's in need of an update, but would like to keep the order of operations as close as possible to our current system, so I had a few questions about the POS/Terminal behavior. We do not want to use the upgraded option as our current POS provider has no monthly fees and we'd like to keep it that way.

We have two bars, a front and a back, each with a day and night shift. For card processing, end of day reports would need to be available for printing uniquely to the front bar, and back bar.

With the 'free' version of Square POS, is it possible to have a unique login for each shift. Currently we have 101,102,201,202.

Can we have an end of day (3am) printable report that separates each beer, wine, liquor, retail and food? This end of day report must be fully accessible and printed from each POS.

So front bar day shift closes, runs end of day and gets a breakdown printed report and totals clear. Night shift logs in with 102, finishes their shift and runs a unique end of day to that login number (102).

Also, with the card reader terminals, can we similarly run an end of day report for each shift with credit card sales. We would be using the Square terminals like we would a Moneris terminal.

Is it possible to have a login for the card reader terminals before taking a payment. If a waitress needed to use the terminal the bar uses, can she use her number before taking a payment and that will show up on the end of day report.

TIA Looking to update for two locations so this information is necessary before we proceed with a purchase.  Let me know if I need to make anything clearer.

Just saw that there may be breaks on Square Plus for processing over 250k so Square Plus may be viable for us as we would easily clear that. So want to sure these details are still available.
