New Square Account and Weebly site - not connecting

I have just created a new square account and have paid subscription.  This is for instore and online.  Followed links to create online - created a new account for Weebly as prompted but looks like to 2 are not syncing correctly.

Weebly is asking me to allow card payments in Square but cant find where to do this? 

 

Any help appreciated as have already signed up to significant fees to get this far and not getting very far in the set up process.  Have logged a query with support but no reply so far.

Hey @gcsianperkins - from memory I didn’t have to sign up to the weebly side of things it was just automatically part of my Square account login going via the Square dashboard (clicking on ‘online’ bottom left). 

Is this how how you set up your site? If so the generic address for your store should be yourstore.square.site <- is this what you’ve got? 

If you’ve ended up with a subscription to weebly rather than square.online I’m sure the team will set you right financially - it is a bit confusing with the two brands right now!

Didn't seem to work that way when I set things up - Hopefully someone will contact from support as I really like to concept of managing through square etc for retail outlet and then opening up online, especially as we need to go into lockdown again on Thursday just not found the initial set up and sync worked for me

Wait and see if it is resolved (fingers crossed)
